Lucky is a grocery store that offers a variety of products, including fresh produce, meats, and ready-to-eat foods like sushi and hot bar items. The store has a spacious layout and a good bakery, with friendly and helpful staff, especially in the butcher department where the staff is noted for their helpfulness. Customers appreciate the wide selection and organized shopping environment, often finding what they need at fair prices. The store is popular for purchasing specific items, such as salmon, which is usually on sale and known for its delicious taste.
However, customer service experiences vary. Some customers report that cashiers rarely greet or acknowledge them, which they attribute to staff being short-staffed or treated poorly by employers. There have been concerns about safety protocols, such as mask enforcement, with some customers feeling that staff do not follow or enforce health mandates properly. Despite these issues, some shoppers have returned after remodeling and minor updates, noting that their interactions with staff at checkout have been fine.
Lucky also caters to specific needs, offering items like medical tape used for home dialysis, which customers find easy to tear and affordable. Overall, the store is a convenient place for groceries with a good selection and helpful staff in certain departments, though customer service and safety enforcement may sometimes fall short.

The store is very convenient to get your everyday essentials and good amount of international food selection. The only downpart is they seem to be low on cashier's. They only had 1 working self checkout pos working while during my last visit and it was a bit inconvenient for the long line for only buying 2 items.
