“I love this store! I've been there to buy shoes twice and also dropped by for a community run they do every Sunday. Each time I've been here, the customer experience has been beyond wonderful. Ellis helped walk me through many shoe options best fit for my needs on both occasions and helpfully explained the differences between the shoes, what they do, and guided me through the decision making. At one point I was staring at the nutrition shelf since I'm new to them and the crew at Renegade let me take them home to try! I really did appreciate that since I was so clearly lost. Will definitely be back and continue to return for all my future shoe endeavors.”

“Caleb provided the best fitting experience I’ve ever had. He filmed me run and analyzed my gait. He then had me try 6 different shoes, running around the block in each pair. Surely enough his first pick was the best one, so he got it right from the start.I’ve had $1000 ski boot fittings that were not as intricate as this fitting. Everything was explained to the detail.Would recommend this place to everyone.”

“5 out of 5 all around- professional, friendly, and very knowledgable! AJ is the man to go see. I let him know what I was experiencing with my new set and how the game has gotten less fun with how bad I was playing. After reviewing my swing and seeing where the contact was on the face, he knew immediately what was needed to be adjusted on my irons. He adjusted the lie angle to my irons and behold- i was hitting the middle of the face 90%-95% of the time. Even the misses weren't horrendous. With the adjustment and the new dope grips- AJ definitely got me to love the game again! Appreciate you AJ!”

Prices are still pretty high but it's Columbia, what do you expect. If you really look deep, you could find nicely priced items. In my opinion, the shoes are really where it's at but I could be wrong. Cool store located in a nice waterfront area, very nice. :)”

“There is something to be said about going to a specialist rather than going to a big box store or online. My experience here was wonderful. I didn't even make a purchase when stopping into this place the first time. I was just curious about a pro shop. However, John provided excellent recommendations and was so patient with all my questions, that I knew I was going to make my purchase at Plaza! And so...I came back a second time to sign up for the demo program to try out a few rackets. I have to say John was spot on and I found myself a new racket! You will not be disappointed with the excellent service here. You will get top notch advice and try out products if you need. Give this place a try because you definitely will not get better interaction at those big box stores!!!”

“The fellas over at Liberal Fishing Tackle and Loan are TOP NOTCH. Don't let the rough side of town discourage you from visiting. I promise you it is safe and the crew WILL take GREAT care of you. They offer EXTREMELY fair prices on everything. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of stuff ESPECIALLY the guitars!!! Seriously though, I am not being too "liberal" when I say these guys are worth every minute and every dime if you are looking, not only to pawn, sell or trade, but GREAT SELECTION of items and what a place to get FISHING GEAR too!! “As I company, I'm a big fan of T9. Love their brand, their products, their real-women athlete models. I had my first in-store experience in years when I came in to return something that I ordered online which didn't fit. The store did not disappoint. The associate who helped me was assisting others when I walked in, so I looked around for my replacement jumper. They didn't have it, but it was no problem. Within a few minutes, the T9 associate had processed my return, ordered another in the right size, and helped me order a pair of shorts I'd been eying in the catalogue (after trying on the size and deciding on a slightly different length and color). Both would get delivered to me at home for no delivery fee. I'm not sure how much the return and second delivery charges would have been, but I was happy to not find out. Now I'm so excited about my new summer jumper and shorts that will be coming soon!”
