“Brandon was informative and has a lot of passion for snowboarding. If you're looking for boarding gear, he's the go to guy. I really appreciated his knowledge about snowboarding boots and insider knowledge.. look for the tallest guy in the building, that's him. Thanks Brandon!”

“Luckily, I didn't know you could return at any North face store so I limited myself. Easily spent over an hour just checking the whole store out and found two jackets that fit what I was looking for and two other fun items I just liked. Four stars cuz their bathroom was broken... though that was probably good so I stopped shopping.”

1805 Fourth St, Berkeley“As I company, I'm a big fan of T9. Love their brand, their products, their real-women athlete models. I had my first in-store experience in years when I came in to return something that I ordered online which didn't fit. The store did not disappoint. The associate who helped me was assisting others when I walked in, so I looked around for my replacement jumper. They didn't have it, but it was no problem. Within a few minutes, the T9 associate had processed my return, ordered another in the right size, and helped me order a pair of shorts I'd been eying in the catalogue (after trying on the size and deciding on a slightly different length and color). Both would get delivered to me at home for no delivery fee. I'm not sure how much the return and second delivery charges would have been, but I was happy to not find out. Now I'm so excited about my new summer jumper and shorts that will be coming soon!”

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, offered an alternative when the item i was looking for did not come in a specific color, and ended up loving the alternative more than the original item! 1338 San Pablo Ave, Berkeley“Staff here are the best! (SF is horrible). The store is huge, always orderly and well stocked. Lots of parking, but be smart as this is one of the highest auto burglary spots in Berkeley. Get outside!”
“I love the staff/educators here, especially Laura. She is super knowledgeable about all their products, and goes above and beyond to help customers.I swung by today to see if I could exchange some shorts that I loved, but started wearing unexpectedly. Unfortunately, that pair of shorts I was looking for is being discontinued, but she said that I could come back anytime and would help figure out what newer model shorts would match the closest. I’ll definitely be back at this location.”
“I went into Road Runner this morning and was greeted by Kenny. I explained my foot and hip issues and he then ran a test to determine what kind of shoe I needed. Good arch support and stability. I tried a bunch on but a very sore foot was preventing me from making a decision. Because Kenny was so helpful and kind, I wanted to post this review. I'll be back once my foot recovers. Kathleen”
