“Good selection and reasonable prices. Your sales team was nice but they are clearly trained to push the extended warranty too hard. Online reviews do not support the value they claim so there was no way I was paying for future bad service and claim denials. The lower risk of just paying out of pocket for repairs is not that big a deal.”

Robert was so helpful in explaining things to us and when I explained to him that I have a bad back and I needed something more comfortable for me... He explained the differences in the firmness in differences in the mattresses and he was right on thr spot with the kind if mattress that would be more comfortable for me. “I love this location. Great selection, etc but the icing on the cake is the customer service. Most recently a cashier (I think her name was Jenna?) was an absolute gem. Like, so sweet and clearly gifted with the customer service. The younger generation gets such a bad rap on their lack of socialization skills but this girl alone should restore faith in humanity. I hope my daughter grows up to be just like her.”
