She went out of her way to help me track down the item I was looking for. She even helped me out with getting the item dropped off. I would highly recommend that you ask for KD when you go into this location becuase she is great. I am not sure if she is the manager or not but she should be.”

Robert was so helpful in explaining things to us and when I explained to him that I have a bad back and I needed something more comfortable for me... He explained the differences in the firmness in differences in the mattresses and he was right on thr spot with the kind if mattress that would be more comfortable for me. He was a very awesome associate to help us understand things with the beds and mattress. Tom was also awesome ans between the the two of them they have given us a great deal on our bedroom and mattress furniture. They're was no pressure selling and they were not too intrusive while I was looking around. Sales Rep. Jack C, provided excellent customer service and answered a lot of questions that I had. “Customer Service Rep. Dan Burke came to the rescue recently, when the glass cover on the overhead light in my DCS BBQ fell out of its housing and shattered on the grate, below. I'd purchased the BBQ two years earlier, but that didn't matter to Dan. He called the DCS rep who provided not just the glass cover, but an entirely new lamp housing at no cost to us. Now, that's customer service, done effortlessly and compassionately! Over the years, we have bought two DCS barbecues, outdoor furniture and umbrellas, and artificial Christmas trees from this store. They have always been knowledgeable, customer focused, fairly priced and helpful beyond expectations. There's a lot to be said for buying from a company like California Backyard ... particularly from their Rancho Cordova store. You might find a cheaper price somewhere else, but you will never find a store or its people who stand by what they sell and stand by their customers as well as California Backyard.”

I have never enjoyed the process of a remodel until I hired this Designer who has an impeccable team that works with her. She is creative and has an eye for style in whatever I've explained I like. I really cant say enough good things here but my favorite points to share are: 1. great design 2. great team of skilled workers 3. attention to details 4. no excuses-projects finished on time 5. good vendors/for picking out materials etc. Le Petit Chateau made it fun to improve my property.
