“I didn't shop around; so, I can't say how the pricing for PakMail compares to that of other pack and mail companies. But the service was fantastic. I arranged for the packing and mailing of a large painting from California to Wisconsin. I live in Michigan, so all of the arrangements were made via phone and e-mail. Desi at PakMail in Eldorado Hills was SO prompt, professional, and helpful in responding to all of my inquiries. When I explained that it would take a few weeks before my niece could drop off the painting, he even offered to go pick it up for me. Once they received the painting, Desi e-mailed me as each step in the process was completed, including packaging, mailing, transit, and delivery. I would definitely use them again.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store! I’ve had a mailbox here for over a year now, and every single time I walk in, the team knows exactly who I am and which mailbox is mine. The service is consistently amazing and the staff are so genuinely friendly. Patricia especially is wonderful—today was my first time placing a print order, and she made the whole process so easy and walked me through everything with a smile. She truly goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a mailbox, shipping, or printing, this is the place. Five stars all the way!”

“I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews of this place. I decided to take my chances and I went there today and the young boy was very nice and thorough. He was accurate, and I felt confident that my packages would arrive at the correct destinations. They even had a bowl of candy left over from Halloween. there was no wait at all and the store was clean. Parking is easy and it is a quick in and out.”

“The reason for this rating is there was only one staff member on duty handling a complicated order. The poor gal had about 8 customers waiting. I used the self service option and was out in a flash.”
