Luxury living. New appliances, remodel and updated units. Clean. Quiet and the best neighborhood. I left my garage opened by accident more than a handful of times by accident. Nothing ever came up missing. All the neighbors are friendly. Margarita our manager was attentive professional and always on top of things. No complaints. Only people who have anything bad to say are people who do not respect our community. Maintenance was done in timely manner and when vendors came out things where fixed. Parking is the only complaint because we had 3 cars . Your unit comes with a free space but most households have more than one car. You have the option for garage or space up to you and your budget.”

“Solace apartments are very safe and convenient to live. Their services are very satisfying, in particular, when it comes to maintenance the service is very efficient and satisfying.The only issue that we hope management takes care of, is the parking issue. If you have a parking space that you pay for and someone comes and takes it, you will have to deal with it and call the towing company, which sometimes can lead to problems among residents.
