I lost my mailbox key and needed to have replaced. The El Sobrante branch has gone out of its way to help and get our mail. Thanks for all the help

Just FYI for folks: This location may show up as a self-service kiosk open until 7pm on Saturdays. As of July 2022, it closes at 5pm, and the Self-Service station is NOT accessible at all.

The staff are great. They seem short-staffed and maybe, when lines are long, people from the back could come forward and help out.
