“Thank you Valley Oak Home Appliance Center. We have used them on and off for years (30 to be exact!). Our most recent issue was with a dishwasher. Gabby was professional and helpful as we made our appointment over the phone. The business had to change the appointment due to staffing issues - Gabby called and we were given an appointment the next day. Our service technician, Tom was in touch with us to let us know when he would arrive. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Valley Oak and highly recommend them.”
