“EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am glad the staff reached out to me directly, although we agreed the website can be confusing, she did show me how they are not trying to be sneaky, but I feel like they need to indicate the price is a SALE price and not a regular priced item when looking. There is nothing that shows it is a Sale price of an original price on the website. When you see other things with clear lines drawn and a RED price showing its on sale with the orignal price next to it, that is clear that the item is on sale. The couch does not appear this way. The La-Z-Boy website needs to show that better in my opinion. But I under understand now and appreciate the staff reaching out to help me better understand the confusion. ------ I amended my stars since everything else was great as I said. I would come back and purchase more items when I am in the market. Thank you! - - - [Original review:]The staff was great and friendly and the purchase was easy and delivery was spot on, I love my new meyer couch BUT.... I am a little annoyed at what they call a 30% of sale. I was watching this couch before the sale as I wanted it, it was 23 something hundred for the sofa, I thought to myself, oh I will wait until the sales happen. Then I saw a different couch on sale and wanted to go see it during one of the 30% sale weekends. I ended up not liking it so asked to see the meyer since we are there. It was the couch we wanted after all. Confused by the listed sale price (even though it was a tiny bit less than the regular price I remembered on the website before the sale started, I wish I would have taken a screenshot BEFORE). We purchased the couch to be made and delivered. I hop on the website on our drive home and noticed the regular listed price is now over 3K - it was not that before. I'm a little miffed, but whatever at this point. Now I know this tactic. Guess what, I just looked and the regular price on the SAME COUCH is now listed as the 2369, so if you were to take 30% off that, it would be 1700$, not the 2K something I paid for. Knowing this is what happens now folks, be careful. Keep track of the pricing because it's obvious they are raising the price for a sale so it looks like a better deal than what they have listed during regular pricing. I feel duped. However, if Elk Grove Lazyboy is reading this review and want to make it up to me, Id happily take a matching ottoman in Charcoal to make up that difference. I haven't looked to see if I change the location, if other lazyboys do the same, so make sure you shop around to see if that's the case. Take your time. Elk Grove Lazyboy: Do better!”

“The employees at Hobby Lobby are a family. They treat YOU as part of the family. I had a $1.50 piece of felt I was interested in. I was coming by bike so I needed to know color and inventory. The arts & crafts lady checked new inventory as it had been out of stock and even placed a piece at the front counter for my arrival as they're popular. They recognized me by my phone call and were so cheerful. The lady even kept an eye on my bike as it was near closing and she was by the door. I wasn't prepared for that level of customer service that went far beyond. You are seen and heard at Hobby Lobby. It was my first time there, BUT NOT MY LAST!”
