“honestly I expected a pretty standard hardware store visit, nothing special just grabbing some stuff and leaving but this one was really great. The staff actually know what theyre talking about unlike some places where you just get pointed random directions. had a problem with a plumbing thing and one guy walked me through it for like 10 minutes even showed me the seperate parts i needed becuase he didnt want me to buy the wrong stuff. little things like that honestly made my day. will definately be back there before I drive all the way to the big box stores again”

“The shopping was quick-and-easy. We got some rope and carabineers and the checkout was quick. There were many rope and carabineer products. The staff were friendly and nice. The price was fair but the wood cutting machine is very loud. The loud machine just hurt my ears. It was clean and organized and all the wood had a nice smell. In the bathroom one of the yrinals is out of order.”
