I purchased flooring and installation for a bedroom. It's been a month. You need to follow up. They are short staffed today an awesome gentleman named Zack Fry helped and now I'm happy.

Easy order and pick up strategy is the way to go. No more wandering the big box in hopes of having a productive exploration. One star removed for the occasional fulfillment issues. A more robust inventory management tool would be helpful.
