“Right off the bat, I want to express just how amazing this store is! Nothing short of positive vibes and amazing energy from the employees of this fine establishment, to the pleasant ambiance the music and displays provide! Truly every time I come to this Fleet Feet location I leave fulfilled with my time there along with whatever I decided to purchase that day. I currently live in Stockton, CA, and though I have a “neighborhood” Fleet Feet nearby, I would much rather make the 40-50 minute drive to the Elk Grove location.

I would love to give a special shoutout to Daniel, the employee that has helped me out the most over my few visits. Daniel is the definition of a charismatic and hard working employee! I feel more knowledgeable whenever Daniel helps me with picking out my next walking/ running shoe, new athletic apparel, and even inserts for my work shoes. I also find the technology that Daniel uses to see how my gait has improved very interesting, especially since Daniel takes the time to explain the fine details to me and how it all works!

I tend to be very particular about what shoes I pick, and especially have a hard time being comfortable with shoe inserts. Luckily Daniel was able to change my mind, as when I purchased a pair of Hoka Bondi SR’s. Daniel recommended I use the Currex insole, which added even more comfort to an already amazing choice of leather work shoes. I am very happy that I went out of my comfort zone and trusted Daniel with this amazing recommendation! Because of his attentiveness and amazing shoe advice, I now tell all of my friends and family to head to this location and ask for dan if they have any shoe needs or issues!

The lady working at the cashier counter gave me a greeting as soon as I walked into the store and offered help if I had any items I was looking for. Good customer service.The store has too much merchandise. They have used all the places they can find. Shopping in there I feel a sense of oppression. But overall, this Big 5 store is an excellent store so close to my house.”

“They just moved to this new location and it is great! More room and still same super selection options. My son is an avid player who plays for a local FC and he needed new "boots" and so here we went to get a near pair. They have a really good selection of shoes and different price ranges to suit your needs. Loved the service as he tried on many pairs but settled on a sweet pair of Nikes and a new league level ball which he was stoked to get.”
