I recommend calling them first for availability and pricing before calling elsewhere. Then if you find it cheaper, consider quality and bring them proof of it being cheaper somewhere else. They were very attentive, informative and knowledgeable about the repair done to my car. I use to only have one main mechanic. I now have two. They are my main and the other is backup.”

“I got my truck towed in because I found antifreeze all over the ground underneath it. I also had a strong smell of antifreeze when I turned on the heater. Not only did they let me get it towed there at closing they waited for it to arrive a few minutes after they closed. The next morning they diagnosed the issues. They contacted my extended warranty company and did what needed to be done to get it covered. They sent me pics and let me know what to expect etc. They were so knowledgeable and super nice. They made sure to take it for a test drive to make sure everything was good. Not only did they save me the time, hassle and stress of having to contact the insurance Company they dealt with them every step of the way. Above and beyond is what comes to mind when I think about my experience with them. I will never go back to the dealership again. I will be a loyal customer as long as they are in business. I don’t do 5 stars often but I gotta say they deserve every one of them.”

These guys found a recall for the problem on my car that I wouldn’t have even thought to look for! They told me about it and I ended up getting it replaced for FREE by the Honda dealership! I called and spoke with Pete. He said to call when 3A had it and was on the way.
I did about 11:00. He called back about 1:00 to give an estimate. (Just over $500, which was in line with Carfax App pricing.)
About 2:30, he called back and it was finished. Price was reasonable.”
