“Practiced Aikido since 1997, Aikido has not yet ceased to amaze me on how it helps in both mind and body. It’s my preferred form of exercise and Martial arts It is to my great delight to see many kids and adults transform themselves with the Aikido Institute in a short time.”

“During Covid, I was able to go a few times per month and get alot of fruit, veggies, bread, milk, butter, occasionally eggs,a few salads. Now with foodstamps being cut, it will be very crowded. The past few years they have less. But in reality, they get stuff from Safeway, Trader Joe's and maybe Luckys so its possible to get something decent. Be aware: check to see if the milk is about to go bad, and meat? I would be hesitant because it could go bad sitting out!”
