“During Covid, I was able to go a few times per month and get alot of fruit, veggies, bread, milk, butter,occasionally eggs,a few salads. Now with foodstamps being cut, it will be very crowded. The past few years they have less. But in reality, they get stuff from Safeway, Trader Joe's and maybe Luckys so its possible to get something decent. Be aware: check to see if the milk is about to go bad, and meat? I would be hesitant because it could go bad sitting out!”

“My best friend a single mother of twin boys&my 26 year old son both graduated from Rising Sun.They both have solid futures ahead of them with wages that they can live comfortably on.The staff are all wonderful supportive people whò have brought hope where hope was hard to find for both the students&alumni.We need more places like this.”
