“I was at the airport Few hours early. Just browsing and always wanted to see what they had. I wasn’t in the market for anything, but Markus was kind and asked if I had any questions please ask. So I asked a few questions about earphones. I was looking at Apple AirPods but who buys it at an airport store right? The price wasn’t right, but then Markus asked if I wanted to demo any other headphones and he recommended me the Bose. I thought it was completely out of my price range. But they were having a sale and I got a chance to test listen through the demo earphones he had. I end up buying the Bose earphones and absolutely love it. Thank you Markus for your customer service and knowledge for helping me choose.”
