“I just got a unit here for an unexpected life change and needed to move quickly. Kimberly from start to finish has been so helpful — she got me registered, with a unit and lock and key in hand in less than 20 minutes. She’s been here everytime I’ve been at the facility, always ready to help. She even let me interrupt her lunch break for a question (sorry about that!). When I asked if I needed to reserve the loading dock for my move in, she said no need — someone would open it when the movers arrive. Lo and behold, I arrived today and she had the loading dock open for me and ready to go. People complaining about the rent here — you truly get what you pay for. Great customer service, very clean units and even though mine isn’t marked temperature controlled, I still feel safe storing my things here, including my vinyl collection. Other touches like required sign in and camera setup makes me feel safe too. Thanks Kimberly for all your help!”

Since the company offered me the full door to door service at an affordable rate, my relocation to Virginia became quite an easy task for me. All my belongings were packed and loaded in an efficient manner and within few weeks they were transported to my new house. Although I expected breakages of fragile items I was bound for a surprise: all my items were intact. The whole moving process was well planned and so fantastic. It was far above my expectations.
