“I have had a fantastic experience with all of the staff i have encountered at Extra Space Storage. They have been phenomenal at assessing what units will best meet my needs and have been fantastic at working with my budget. All around a positive experience. I wish I remembered everyone’s name to call them out specifically, but today’s gold star goes to Danica! Only one thing I would like to see better is for staff to be available on sote more consistently. I usually have to wait for someone to return to the office to get help. I appreciate the sogns saying when they will be back, but sometimes it’s longer than I am able to wait. But seriously, this is the only tiny area of improvement that I would like. Otherwise , totally phenomenal storage space and staff!”

“Harbor Bay is by far the best experience I've ever had renting a storage unit. The facility and units are spotless and well-maintained. Plus, Trelia goes above and beyond in every regard. When I first called, she spent at least 30 minutes helping me troubleshoot the logistics of getting my stuff delivered. When I moved in, she was there to make sure the unit was move-in ready. She remembers her customers by name. Rental agreements and billing documents are automated and accurate. So glad I found Harbor Bay.”

“We stopped in to Alameda Marina on our way south from Canada at the recommendation of a fellow cruiser. We were not disappointed!Eileen and her staff were very professional and welcoming. The Marina is under construction but is well kept and clean. The staff and the tenants made it felt like home away from home for our entire stay.Alameda is a nice little town with a wide range of amenities for boaters.I highly recommend checking them out!!”
