When I first called, she spent at least 30 minutes helping me troubleshoot the logistics of getting my stuff delivered. When I moved in, she was there to make sure the unit was move-in ready. She remembers her customers by name. Rental agreements and billing documents are automated and accurate. So glad I found Harbor Bay.”

“We stopped in to Alameda Marina on our way south from Canada at the recommendation of a fellow cruiser. We were not disappointed!Eileen and her staff were very professional and welcoming. The Marina is under construction but is well kept and clean. The staff and the tenants made it felt like home away from home for our entire stay.Alameda is a nice little town with a wide range of amenities for boaters.I highly recommend checking them out!!”

“I had to rent a truck in a pinch and the check in and out process is smart, efficient, contactless if you choose, and an absolute breeze. When I did have to engage with staff, they were friendly and super helpful. Cannot recommend this location enough, I will for sure keep coming back here.”

Chris especially was helpful when I was trying to decide the best bang for my buck as far as what I needed to store and how to store it. From walking in the store to starting to use my unit, took less than five minutes . Thank you guys so much !”
“Marion and Davonte were both very helpful. Marion explained the process and when we went back Davonte helped my husband and I set up our unit and pick the perfect location. He was very patient in walking us through the process. The only negative is the site itself, no working bathroom and exit door is broken. (Someone ran into it) 5 star service with a 3 star site.”

“Good storage units. The self rental experience was really easy. The only bummer was that I somehow wasnt eligible for the 1st month for $1 promotion. The staff here are very helpful. I like that our drive up unit doesn't have metal walls (except for the roll up). I like that they have lights in the bigger drive up units too. I also love the security crew (cats) that surely keep rodents in check.

- Recently experienced the whopper late fees and increases in rent seem high and more frequent than I've experienced at other storage unit companies. I was able to have the late fee refunded by contacting customer service. People piggyback in and out behind me at the gate without entering their codes often which bothers me for many reasons.
I still like the facility so for now I'll stick with it. James has definitely been a good manager consistently.
