“Amazing selection and great prices. LOVE my new lamp. Also, I was absolutely blown away with the level of customer service. The manager was absolutely kind and super helpful, he even helped carry our lamp to our car. I didn’t need to wave my arms or hunt staff members to help me. When I approached the manger, he immediately greeted me and helped me out without delay. Best experience I’ve ever had with customer service ever. “Very responsive and thorough help here. Of note, I was helped by Shel and Ryan when purchasing out my mattress. Ryan provided most of the help as I saw him on multiple occasions. He was able to help me find the right choice for me, and wasn't pushy. Very understanding and tried his best to help me find the right fit. I ended up having to do exchange but the second mattress I exchanged for ended up being the perfect fit. Very happy, thank you !!”

“First thing first, Hank was awesome! I don't post reviews but had such a positive experience finding my new Cal King mattress that I wanted to pay it back to Hank and acknowledge his professionalism and willingness to get me the best deal possible. I decided to get the Puffy Royal Hybrid and an accompanying adjustable bed frame, both of which I love. I personally like the sink in feeling of memory foam and the Puffy just felt right from the first second I laid on it. Also, the adjustable frame is solid and I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate the ability to change positions. Hank was very knowledgeable about all the latest technology across different mattress styles and has a longstanding history in the industry. His willingness to work with me on pricing was greatly appreciated; let's just say he offered the best deal I could find across numerous stores I went to by a long shot! The delivery team was also super reliable and set up everything with white glove service. You really can't find a better store in town. Just show up and have them set you up with your dream bed!”

“I needed a Queen mattress for our spare bedroom. Jared was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products he offered. I thought and assumed I would need a box spring and in fact I did not..he did not try and sell me on anything I did not need which I appreciated. I got an amazing queen mattress at a reasonable price. My mother-in-law who slept on the mattress first during her visit LOVED it. Great experience including the delivery. “My wife and I had found a company in Kentucky (we live in California) that makes custom furniture out of recycled wine and whiskey barrels. Problem was the shipping was insane. So we looked around trying to find someone who could make us a liquor cabinet but it seemed we weren't going to find anyone. We had given up and we're trying to find another option but kept coming back to that idea. Finally a friend had suggested looking for someone that sells just barrels and doing it myself. I came across Evans Family Barrels and, to my luck, they make custom furniture out of them!!!! We visited their store and Carole and Mike were beyond welcoming and very nice and helpful. We placed our order and even added in a fruit bowl (also made from recycled barrel). I just picked them up and couldn't be happier! Amazing work!”

Joe + Chuck here are great, knowledgeable and patient. “The most excellent retail experience all the way around. I purchased a floor lamp online and could not get it to stand straight. Called the store and the manager, Rod Hawkins, told me to bring it in and they would try to fix it. And if not, would get me a new one, assemble it at the store and all would be good. Their amazing assembly person fixed the lamp and I am one happy customer. Highly recommend this store and if you need help just reach out to Rod - he's the best.”
“Very good selection of nice furniture at great prices. But maybe the most important thing is that the people there are honest. They do what they say, and say what they will do. 5 years ago we bought a houseful of furniture at great prices... fast forward to now and the 5 year old sofa had a problem. Probably because of covid I've sat on the sofa way more than normal. I contacted them, they found my original order and promptly sent out their guys for repair. We both knew the warranty was over, so it cost me a little money but they were prompt and most importantly we are sitting on a brand new sofa body. Perfect timing as our little grandson is coming over this weekend and will sleep on the sofa bed. Really nice and honest people go perfectly with great prices on cool furniture!!”

“If you need a mattress, go see Derek the manager of this store. He was super knowledgeable, stayed within our price range and kept showing us options and choices. He knows all about mattresses and beds. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. I was surprised to learn that their salespeople go through hundreds of hours of training to learn all about mattresses before they can help a customer. It's rare these days that a company puts their people through that type of training. But it was evident in our experience with Derek. A great store, not overwhelming, and they really explain all their products and how mattresses are made.”

It's on west side of Sepulveda so with the traffic on that street it's best if your traveling south for easier entry to their lot. If your going north you'll have to cross 3 lanes of very heavy traffic.”

“I'll start by saying WOW! From the very start, Sal the owner was a pleasure to work with. I really liked a chair that was a motorized recliner but the wood frame didnt come in black that i wanted. Sal was very kind and helpful from the beginning. We only talked on the phone, as i live in Phoenix. He said he would get the chair, take it completely apart, strip the finish and restain it to black. He sent me several samples on small wood pieces. He then put it back together and shipped it to me. It turned out incredible. Sal is a true craftsman with attention to detail that is almost nonexistent these days! His communication was over the top. If you need anything that Sal can provide in his shop, he is the "real deal." People like Sal that provide this kind of expertise are very hard to find. Thanks Sal for everything! Rob”
