“I was excited to visit Sofa Club after reading all the glowing reviews. I really wanted to love this store because I also love supporting small businesses, but I walked away conflicted.
First, the positive are worth mentioning: the customization options are great. They offer a huge selection of fabrics and sofa styles, and the turnaround time is impressively fast. The quality appears excellent, and I imagine the pricing is quite competitive compared to other custom furniture options.
However, I didn't realize going in that customized sofas would naturally cost more than ones from big box stores even if it's wholesale price. I'll admit that this is due to my own ignorance. What bothered me was that I felt a lot of pressure from the owners to move forward with a purchase anyways even after explaining it was out of my budget. It was pretty uncomfortable.
I think if you're looking for the sofa of your dreams, and you have a fair budget for that, then Sofa Club is a great place to visit.”

“I have to say how INCREDIBLY helpful Polin B was. She is the store manager here at the Van Nuys location. My husband and I came in looking for twin beds for our daughters. She had two readily available for us to purchase. We didn’t realize that the mattress was too thick for the top bunk bed. I quickly called the store and explained to Paulin the situation and I asked if there was any possible way to exchange the mattress for a smaller thickness level since I worried my daughter would fall off the bed. She was extremely understanding and said since we had just left the store to come back to get the proper size for the top bunk. We came back and returned the mattress and she quickly rang us up with the proper bed size for the top bunk bed. She was so kind, understanding and absolutely professional!”

“We just furnished most of our new home from here. The store has two sections, a Modern and Mid-Century Modern section. Quality ranges from very good to outstanding. It can get expensive but much cheaper than many other stores that have these styles of furniture. We purchased our furniture over the course of several purchases and every time we went in the store, there was a sale rotating amongst different pieces, so it may be worth waiting for something you like to go on sale. They also offer 0% financing. We got a promo for 24 months, so they make it easy to afford whatever like.”

“I stumbled upon rebound consignment furniture store recently as I was looking for a certain table: the Cleeves coffee table by lulu & Georgia and on the lulu website this table was selling for 1500 and shipping date was given as march!! I live in Illinois so she arranged for a freight service pickup at the best price and my package was so perfectly packed it came just as I expected!!
