I had purchased my phone online since I couldn't find it at other locations, but I was having issues activating and purchasing insurance as they were not able to do it over the phone with boost. I went over here because I saw they had good reviews and Karina was wonderful and helped me out tremendously. She had to jump through some hoops, but she was able to activate and insure my phone to my satisfaction. They are definitely the location to go to if you need to go in store for anything.
