The walk around the truck to check for damages was Very thorough. He made sure I pointed out all dents and scratches that were visible. Juan Del Rio. “I rented a truck from Budget Truck Rental and did immediately run into a snag in that the car I had reserved ahead of time was not at the original destination. I ended up driving to another Budget Truck Rental (2040 Auto Parkway) and they ended up helping me out. The rental representative was very courteous and professional. The truck was made available shortly after I got there. I also ran into another problem in that I needed the truck for an extra day, and this location was able to accommodate. It's interesting to see all of the bad reviews but I certainly didn't have the same problems they did.”
