Again, just once to do a HUGE shoutout to Chris Blaine for giving us the best advice on each plumbing item we purchased. He's the best subject matter expert we've run into. We've gone back on forth on our order maybe about 20xs.. but Chris always helped us with a smile. Thank you Chris and team for everything you guys do, we cannot thank you enough.

I’d love to give a big shout out to Rob. Our previous sales rep was out to lunch, but because I needed to finalize a purchase order, Rob jumped right in. Not only is he super nice and willing to help out, but this guy knows his stuff… i asked hundreds of questions about Bosch appliances… and Rob was super on top of it. He also gave me great design suggestions… that I wouldn’t even have thought of.. aka appliances color clashing.I highly recommend asking for him when you’re shopping for appliances! Thank you Rob!

“Been to this location many times over the last few weeks, and Alejandro in the lumber dept and Sergio at Pro checkout have been awesome! Both are very friendly and knowledgeable, and last week when I had to get approx 10 boards cut in various sizes, Alejandro was so patient. Much appreciated!”
“This place mostly sells furniture, but they sell a few trinkets, mops, brooms, shirts, backpacks, and suit cases, too. They have great prices compared to everywhere else! The employees or owners are friendly, too. I bought a white chair and pillow for only $95. Normally, that same chair costs $300! How awesome! I also bought a large suitcase for $55, and curtains for $14.”

“An absolute 5 starts+ to this location and Angel of course! I hope the store manager, Vida sees this review. I am sharing my absolute gratitude to Angel in the Home and Gardening department. When my husband and I purchased our new home, we were quoted around $8k or more by landscaping companies for simply planting plants. It seems pretty high as new home owners, but we weren't sure if that was a good deal or not, so we went to a couple of nurseries. The prices went to about $2k-$3k. A little skeptical at this point about the price in plants and labor costs - we continued to shop. After some good ole' YouTube and some enthusiastic ambition, we took a trip to Home Depot and met the Plant Legend himself - Angel! His name couldn't be any more suiting! He helped us find the perfect, drought resistant plants that look absolutely beautiful in our home. He patiently walked us through each step to get it right! He literally spent an hour with us, educating us on proper care and maintenance. He helped make it really easy, especially for me, since I have a horrible curse of basically looking at a plant, and it dies! Yikes! Not these plants though! We literally walked out spending under $300 for the plants and couldn't be happier! They are such great quality, and I love the Home Depot policy. Keep the containers, and if they don't work out within a year, you can take them back for a replacement or a refund! Seriously, couldn't be happier! Thanks Home Depot Escondido! Especially Angel!”

“Another store that I enjoy attention shoppers make sure when you buy something from this or any other store make sure you put your receipt in your pocket,wallet or purse for the women so that the receipt pickers (in the parking lot) don't pick up your receipt go in the store then take the same product off the shelf and return to customer service for $ let's put these people out of business”

“Super friendly staff. Everyone greeted me. The store was immaculate and clean. I asked for help finding moving supplies and the staff told me where to find what I was looking for including what shelf and where on the shelf. Amazing. The nice woman at the checkout was super duper friendly .”
“Store was clean and had good selection and prices. My only complaint is that there were not very many employees to help out. Once we finally found one, he was helpful. It's been about 5 years since I've been in a Best Buy. I would go back again, but would like to see employees to help out.”
