“I want to give a huge shout-out to Marcos at Home Depot for his outstanding customer service.
An item I had delivered arrived completely destroyed in the box. I called the store and spoke with Marcos, explained the situation, and he immediately told me he would look into it and call me back. He did exactly that. After speaking with his manager, he worked through some system issues and went above and beyond to make sure I received a replacement the very same day.
What really impressed me was that Marcos personally delivered the replacement to my home and picked up the damaged item himself. That level of dedication and customer care is rare these days.
Marcos didn't just solve the problem—he made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. His professionalism, persistence, and willingness to help turned a frustrating experience into a great one. I truly appreciate everything he did.

You can park your car in the customer parking lot, which will remain unlocked and free for you to come back at any hour of the day or night to pick up your car later. The man who was working inside was super helpful and friendly. I did not feel intimidated by the process of renting, picking up, or asking questions. The pick up process here took about 10 minutes, and I was on my way! I recommend scheduling ahead of time, online, for a fast, easy, pre-paid pick up! That's what I did. I will always pick Penske from now on! Penske is the only company that has unlimited miles for one-way trips.”
