“Great place to buy a grill! We were brand new to this market and weren't sure what we really wanted or needed. Our salesperson (Michael) did a terrific job of steering us towards a grill, access door and outdoor refrigerator that were perfect for us. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgable and recommeded the products that suited our needs. There were several more higher priced options that he could have gone with, but he took the high road and chose what he thought was best for us. Shopped around and know that we got a fair price on each item. Would recommend SD Grill Pros to anyone else looking to buy a grill for the first time.”

“This is one positive thing about san Marcos! Alberto or "Burt" is somebody who always does such a good job. Very patient with me and my inability to use self checkout. I tried to do the home Depot survey but it kept asking too many personal questions and I just couldn't figure it out so this is the best I can do. I apologize..In closing I want to say SOMEBODY GIVE THAT MAN(ALBERTO) A RAISE!!”

“I normally don't review hardware stores and I normally do not shop at this location, but I had a real great customer service experience. As soon as I walked in the door, someone greeted me and asked if I need help. I normally don't ask for help but I said I needed some assistance with specific light switches and fan controller. The gentleman who covers that area just happened to be standing next to the greeter. He looked at the switches I brought with me and was able to quickly get me what I needed that they had in stock. He identified that the other switch is not something they carry so he identified the model number and I ordered it from Amazon. He was very helpful and friendly. I ended up buying a few other items and was able to check out with minimal wait. Overall, it was a much better and quicker experience than I expected.”
