She goes above and beyond to find the correct drug company who make something you need, gives very kind counseling for a new drug and follows through. The gal at the drive-through was very helpful. Just have patience, but it beats going inside. Their reminder and auto-refill reminder work great once you sign up. Appreciate all the people here. Thank you.”

“I literally do not know how anyone could give this place a less than perfect score/review. I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 5 years now, and until now, I have never had pharmacists who seem like they care. Michael is ALWAYS on top of it. He is constantly in communication with my doctor if an ongoing prescription doesn’t get filled, and personally calls us when they are ready for pick up. I cannot say enough positive things about this pharmacy. They go above and beyond”

Very helpful, very thorough when explaining you new medication, also if you have questions regarding your current medication also is very helpful and listens to what the current medication is doing and will recommend to either call your doctor or re explain what you should try doing. Silina is amazing and pharmacists who really cares about you and your personal health.”
“I had a family emergency which required me to fly in a day. Doctor approved my meds to be filled early. Unfortunately, insurance denied it because it was to early, but I could pay out of pocket. At almost a thousand dollars I wasn't prepared for that. Luckily Eileen said she could call them to see what she could do. Shortly there after I received a call.
It was Eileen with news that it was approved, so now I can fly!
I can't thank her enough for going to the trouble to help me. And she could have just hung up on me!

“This is the best CVS! We didn't even know it was here, but from now on this is the place to go. We went in last minute to get flu shots and they took us in even though it was close to their closing time. The pharmacist was super nice and her assistant was great as well. Very clean and quiet location.”
“The Walgreens pharmacy at 1510 N Santa Fe in Vista California is a well managed, organized facility with helpful, informed and responsive staff. Callers might experience a short waiting to be connected but all the questions will be answered correctly and completely. I recently had a complicated issue with my online pharmacy in my insurance network which left me without my meds for 2 weeks with no hope for a solution. I transferred my entire prescriptions to Walgreens pharmacy at this location and they all got filled within 48 hours. Truly amazing job by the caring and professional staff. I highly recommend this outstanding pharmacy and its super helpful and professional staff.”

I want to start this review by acknowledging how close I was to changing pharmacies - until Pharmacist Kim helped me. She is the only one who took the time to gently explain medication and rules surrounding them. I have been yelled at by other pharmacists for things I was completely unaware of and as a result, it turned picking up my medication into an anxiety filled experience instead of a simple errand.
Kim truly goes above and beyond to ensure each person she talks to feel seen and heard. She deserves recognition for her outstanding attitude towards her colleagues (witnessing their interactions @ Cvs) and to each patient that picks up their medication. THANK YOU KIM for taking the time and effort to make another human feel safe - you are truly one of a kind (and the reason I’ve kept my meds at cvs).”

Are they very busy almost every time I come? Yes. But I always see everyone working hard and not one employee has ever been rude.
