“Wow, I wish all pharmacies were like this! I always have a wonderful experience picking up medications from Dr. Duong. This pharmacy is a bit out of my way, but it is worth the extra drive time because of the excellent service received. I’m able to ask questions about meds without feeling rushed (i.e. how I feel at ‘chain’ pharmacies like cvs)! Dr. Duong and Julia have worked with my insurance/physician before I arrive to ensure I have the correct medication - at a great price. Due to that, I’ve been able to save money on medications. If you’re thinking of switching over, you will not be disappointed! You’ll actually become relieved given that Dr. Duong and Julia take the stress out of medication refills/pick ups. They’ve also supported me when I’ve been prescribed new medications by educating me about what I’ll be taking in a way that I can comprehend. Excellent pharmacy! You’ll never go back to chain pharmacies again.”

“Dr. Emily Sumner has been my doctor for a few years now. She does a great job listening, and making sure all of my questions are addressed. I have had great luck getting appointments when I need them. They are efficient and I’m never stuck waiting to be seen. My daughter also sees pediatrician Dr. Gledhill-Hoyt and we’ve had a great experience with her too. It’s nice she always remembers us even though we are only there once a year for checkups.”

“Since Pharmaca closed I’ve suffered through the CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid’s non-care care. When I found Jim & Adam at Carlsbad Village pharmacy I felt so relax, well cared for, remembered, accommodated… as one should be. These big companies are just not the right fit for me. Jim & Adam have a loyal customer in me even thought I drive about 20 miles round trip to enjoy their services. Good Job guys and staff!?❤️”

“Very nice staff at the desk that smile, care and genuinely enjoy their work. That's so important. Sometimes they don't have prescriptions ready by when they said they would. Their inventory system doesn't give them a heads up when an item is ordered that is in low supply, so then you arrive and it hasn't been filled. No one's perfect and overall they do well. It's a very busy place!”
