“Loft—-classic elegance at your fingertips! Staff is top notch gracious professionalism. They found me the right fit so I could compare with what I ordered online and had shipped to the store. Mall directories were off and staff kindly gave me a few routes to get to Loft.
Wish I had allotted more time in the store instead of grab n go; there were so many beautiful pieces!”

“Located inside the North County Mall on the 3rd floor. They have many different options, such as Sketchers, Converse, Doc Martin's, Nike, and more. The store is pretty small but always has popular choices. If you're looking for something super comfortable, though, better for the body, go to a place like Road Runner Sports (you don't have to do sports to go there...buy Brooks). This Journeys has shoes at the same prices as everywhere else.”
“The gentleman with the hurt foot that helped me, was so kind. I mean he went above and beyond with showing me photos of shoes and getting different sizes. My only issue, is that they don't carry small sizes. I need shoes for work. I have a small foot and it is difficult to find good work shoes in my size. However, I too need them. The staff, the man who helped me, was just great. He did everything he could to help me. Red Wind just don't carry small sizes. And the shoes are more for men than women. Great staff! No so great in selection!!

“Diane was Amazing!!! She helped me with finding the perfect work boot!! I have small feet, but work requires specifics, when it comes to shoes. Boot barn didn't have carry my size. However, Diane, went and looked in the back and because they do Not carry a 5 1/2 in woman's work boots, she looked them up online, and came out to let me know she could order them and they would be at the store within a week!! What a Life Saver she was and so helpful!! Thank you Diane!! You were kind and helpful!! I appreciate you and all of your help!!! We need more people like you to help older people like me. Thank you Boot Barn, NOT for not carrying a shoe in my size, but, for hiring Diane!! She wasn't quite knowledgeable about the work boots, but she is now, because she took the time to look up the answers to the questions I had!!! Give her a raise!!!”
