During this last visit I took notice of store manager, Luke Elmore, assisting a customer who had just had a hip replacement. This customer needed a specific type of shoe to facilitate walking again and Luke took the time to gather several pairs of shoes from around the large store to help the customer with his special needs. It was extremely refreshing to witness the professional service along with genuine kindness provided by Mr. Elmore. Leadership starts at the top and he has set the example, managed his store well, and trained his staff to a high level of customer service and care.”
