“I wish I had found The Foot Comfort Store sooner and many thanks to Jesse, the owner, for helping me. Jesse and his wife own the store and are friendly and welcoming and work hard to find the solution to your foot problems.

I have arthritis in my right foot and everyday I walk with pain. Sometimes the pain feels like a knife stabbing in the foot. I also have a joint in my foot that never became a joint; the bone just stayed as one piece, so that contributes to my foot pain. When I walk on uneven surfaces, I feel like I'm going to topple over because my feet can't adjust. Anyway, long story short, I found this store and I left with two new pairs of sneakers, one pair on order and I'm going back to see what they have for me in a sandal. Is all my pain gone? No, with arthritis there will always be some range of pain, but my new shoes have significantly cut down the pain and help me feel more stable and balanced so I walk easier, better, more confidently. After all the foot suffering I've had in the last several years, it feels almost like a miracle. They've been at their current location for more than 16 years, so that says something. “Just completed my 3rd visit to this Vista location and the customer service has been outstanding! During this last visit I took notice of store manager, Luke Elmore, assisting a customer who had just had a hip replacement. This customer needed a specific type of shoe to facilitate walking again and Luke took the time to gather several pairs of shoes from around the large store to help the customer with his special needs. It was extremely refreshing to witness the professional service along with genuine kindness provided by Mr. Elmore. Leadership starts at the top and he has set the example, managed his store well, and trained his staff to a high level of customer service and care.”
