“Very delayed review, but I like this location so very much!!! The employees are super nice, welcoming, and helpful. Not just one employee, but all the ones I’ve interacted with. Be it, customer service counter, in-store, entrance/exit, check-out. I don’t see this at other Costco locations and I’ve been to a fair share of them out-of-county/state and internationally. Haven’t met a bad apple at this location. They’re all so nice!”

“Staff here are more relaxed and friendlier compared to the Costco outlets nearer to LA city. The food court is located along the exterior of the building so the seating area is much larger than most others. More parking around the building also as there’s not many other businesses around.”

I ordered and received a medallion that unfortunately lost its color. I was disappointed and posted a review of my displeasure. I was contacted by getbacksupply and provided them with a picture and order number. Today, I received an email that they are going to send me another medallion to replace the original!
I always expect good customer service but this company provides it!

“Store was clean and had good selection and prices. My only complaint is that there were not very many employees to help out. Once we finally found one, he was helpful. It's been about 5 years since I've been in a Best Buy. I would go back again, but would like to see employees to help out.”
