Kari created 3 custom large size belly bands that fit perfectly and are very well made, we're super happy with the product and her service!

She lives by herself, my dog got a tick and the owner came to the shop on her day off to help her take the tick off of my dog. I absolutely recommend the place ❤

We came hoping to get a few cans and were delighted to see the wide variety of high quality wet food options for cats. Most stores don’t have such a selection of brands and food type varieties. The store was well organized, clean, and the employees were helpful and kind. Great experience, had what we needed as well as more options we were so happy to try.

This is very much a family owned business in our community that should be supported by our community. My “babies”love Lynn and she’s very accommodating when I need to get somebody in short notice but she’s also fair to her customers about booking. She won’t bump me to get someone else in. She is no nonsense and that’s important to know because she’s very knowledgeable and when she is explaining you better be listening because she’is a upbeat, usually high energy little petite thing with a heart and love for these babies that come to her that she gives unapologetically and freely. I’ve been taking my babies to Lynn for 9 years it will be 10 years next August. I would never go anywhere else, period. My babies love her and that’s all I really need to know. I know this. Because if I say her name, my oldest babies go straight to the car and whine or bark to get to “ go see Miss Lynn.” And you know why? Because, she treats them like they’re her own. She and Pampered Pooches are a staple in our community so I give them 5 stars. They also helped with the bigger problem of fleas this year as well. I wouldn’t trust my babies with just anyone, but I trust PP to take care of them. I can sometimes take her 3 at a time and have them all back in 2-3 hours. I highly recommend her and her staff. Also and this is important to know. She’s not just about the money; she actually cares about what she’s doing. Sorry for the novel but I get carried away when it comes to Pampered Pooches. They’re a truly amazing team and a big part of Humboldt Community. Thank you for reading.❤️❤️??JEF

Healing Spirit Animal Wellness Center
7650 Myrtle Avenue, EurekaOur dog was bitten by a rattlesnake on the Fourth of July. Since it was a holiday weekend, Healing Spirits was the only emergency veterinary clinic open. We called ahead, and they were ready for us as soon as we arrived.
They treated our dog promptly with compassion and professionalism. Even though they were incredibly busy, they kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we knew how he was doing every step of the way.
We are so grateful for the excellent care they provided. Thanks to their quick response and dedication, our dog was able to come home safely to us. We can’t thank the team at Healing Spirits enough for everything they did.

And now, Astra, has been seen by them ever since I got her. She has received the best care, from proper referrals for her bilateral surgery to remove bone splinters in her elbows, all the way to preventative vaccines, dental care and more. I have never had an issue at this vet and will gladly continue bringing my pets to them for care. ❤

Cake was AMAZING. Only wish I lived closer so I could try all the other flavors. Thanks to the lady who took my order as she made my day. Also thanks to the gentleman on the radio as his descriptions of the cakes is why I had to try one.

This place is amazing! I Honestly never thought I would find a good Mexican food place out here.
From the moment we walked in, Marcella made us feel so welcome with her warmth and kindness.
The food was good, but the spiced refried beans were really good. I'd never had them served with chips before, and now I want to make them lol
They also have a fantastic drink selection as well.. its just Marcella and her mom Garicella. (Hope I spelled that right) its a small mom and daughter restaurant.
If you're ever out in Eureka, you definitely need to hit this spot!

525 2nd St #101, EurekaVery good comfort food for breakfast. I had the lighter roast drip coffee and loved the smell. The avocado toast is very good as well as the hard boiled farm eggs. The coffee pairs very well with the avocado toast. The two together were comfort magic. They have pastries as well - I had the peanut butter cookie and the ginger molasses cookie. They were both very good and also paired well with the coffee, especially the peanut butter cookie. Without coffee, I found the ginger molasses cookie far surpassed the peanut butter cookie in flavor and texture. That’s not saying the peanut butter cookie isn’t also very good. This cafe is inside the Vance Hotel. Did Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration move across the US and change his line of work. 😜😜 The ambiance of this place is laid back/chill and conducive to reading a good book, remote work, and study. While waiting, I saw the biggest cinnamon rolls I've ever seen.
Brought one home, shared it, with some left over still, and it was amazing! The waitress said they're made in house.
She was kind, and helpful to me and the other patrons.
This place is definitely on my radar when we come through Eureka.
