David who is a manager at Redwood Credit Union helped me to get a debit consolidation loan to pay off my debt and to pay for my vocational education. Andrew writes great verification letters and always asks how my house projects are going, Ranjan is kind and always quick to help, and Cristino who's helped my parents a ton over the years and helped me open my very first bank account as a kid rocks the best outfits on Fridays. Lee would run outside with dog treats whenever she saw us walking by with our goldens. And Stan means business (in the best way) and has been a steady, professional presence for as long as I can remember.
Together they make such a great team—friendly, genuine, and always ready to help with anything. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. This branch is what a neighborhood bank should feel like.
The bad reviews sound like people who popped in last minute with unrealistically high expectations for perfection. Enjoy this small-town branch for what it is—personal, reliable, and full of great people.”

“This branch is actually beautifully designed with darker tones and having a more upscale, ballroom style motif going for them. Steven their banker, was super attentive to my situation when dealing with my account, while handling multiple issues around the teller line and still keeping the customer service at top grade. Customers coming in just need to realize that this is a bank and lines are natural to wait in. Just like everywhere we go in life. The wait here is not out of the ordinary and the personable interaction with the teller line and bankers are exceptional. Definitely one of the better Citibank branches.”
