“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”

“approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “The Bad: Mixed up shipping labels; shipped someone else's box to me using my label, and shipped my box to someone else. The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.”

“For 13 years, I’ve frequented the UPS store in Sausalito purely for convenience. I've had a higher tolerance than most for their constant revolving door of unprofessional employees and filthy facility. I remember walking in one day and there was dog vomit on the carpet. The employee at the time stated that the owner treated them terribly and that this was not their job, so they refused to clean it. To give you perspective on what my experiences had been like, this didn’t phase me at all. I just stepped over the dog vomit and proceeded as quickly as possible. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner myself, who was so incredibly unprofessional and rude to me that another customer actually stopped me outside to apologize for his behavior. I’m actually grateful for today’s unpleasant interaction because it led me to this particular UPS franchise in Mill Valley. I walked in and was in shock by how absolutely clean it was. I literally stood in the front door in awe for a moment. The gentleman at the front desk (manager and brother to the owner) was so pleasant and personable. I feel like I’ve been upgraded from coach (more like the baggage compartment) to first class.”

“This UPS location is great. They are courteous and helpful when dealing with shipping needs. I’ve come in at times (minutes before close) and especially Evan (I think his name?) is always professional and recently took the time to help with Amazon returns as I was having technical issues. I’ve even witnessed firsthand other customers being rude and horribly aggressive and was so impressed with how he handled the situation! Grateful we have this store conveniently in Sausalito!”

You never know what the other person is dealing with that may have created the late start to their day.”

I have never had any problem finding parking, and it's right outside the store, so it's great not to have to carry my boxes far.
