“This is a cute contract post office & gift shop. I can't imagine saying, "a cute post office." But, here we are. The shop is crisp and beautiful; filled with high-end Marin souvenirs I was walking past when I spotted the Mariage Frères tea. I was excited to try a new variety and asked the owner for a recommendation. He gave me some options and let me take them outside to smell them. They were all lovely and I went home with a new canister. If you're in search of Marin swag, this is a good place to look.”

“Evan is incredible! I had to get my fingerprints taken at a self serve kiosk in the store. I was having so much trouble getting good prints. After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him. I had a slightly nonstandard request for the print job, and the staff were able to sort everything out after we discussed the specifics of UPS' processes. Cole was very knowledgeable about the business, and definitely the superstar of the three businesses I visited trying to get prints. Big shout out to him, very detail oriented and has good eyes for the quality of the prints.”

“Hands down the BEST UPS Store I’ve ever been to — and it’s all because of the incredible team working there. There are about 4 or 5 guys who run the place, and every single one of them is absolutely AMAZING. They’re fast, efficient, super friendly, and go above and beyond to help every customer.
Whether I’m dropping off a simple return or need help with packing, printing, or shipping, they always greet me with a smile and handle everything like pros. You can tell they actually care and take pride in their work, which is so rare these days.
The energy in this store is positive and upbeat every time I walk in. They make errands feel easy (even enjoyable), and that’s saying a lot. Huge shoutout to the whole team — y’all make this store a 10/10 experience every single time!

They are supposed to open at 9 a.m. I panicked because I needed to be in Sonoma before 10:30 a.m. They finally opened at 9:20 a.m. I was thankful and hope the young man opening had a good day. You never know what the other person is dealing with that may have created the late start to their day.”

“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”
