“I visited Fairfield Home Depot yesterday to pick up some items. Based on my previous experiences about a year or two ago, I was not expecting much, but today’s visit changed my perspective. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service!
Two employees, Sebastian and Oscar, were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. They quickly assisted me in locating and securing the items I needed on separate occasions, maintaining positive attitudes throughout. Their professionalism and customer-focused approach made a big difference.
I would also like to commend the store manager, Sean, for being helpful and flexible in accommodating my request. His leadership is clearly reflected in the team's excellent service.
It is great to see such positive changes at this location. Thank you to Sebastian, Sean, and Oscar for making my visit so pleasant! I look forward to shopping at this store again.”

“Went into the store after looking through the website. Daniel was helpful and friendly. No shenanigans with price; the advertised price was fully honored. Great selection, reasonable fees for delivery/hookup and removal of the old one.”
