“Mohammad was wonderful. Very competent, friendly and fixed the issue. The scheduling and customer support are AWFUL. Can't get a live person on the phone. Endless Texts & Email reminders. Tech can not schedule service appointments. Took over a month to schedule an appointment with a refrig that was out of commission. Will never use Sears Appliance Repair again.”
