“Madho was on time and communicated before and at his arrival. He was very professional and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed. He fixed what he could and gave me information about what I needed to tell GE.”

“My sister was in the market for a new fridge since hers had just died. I drove to Napa and picked her up and walked in knowing what I wanted to show her as replacments. She is visually impaired so we had to make it as easy a transition as possible. I showed the sales person George what we wanted to look at and he politely showed us the available products. After her touching and feeling what she was comfortable with, we asked about delivery, haul away and installation. It had an ice maker. I checked all the things needed for the install and set the appointment for 3 days later. Delivery and installation went well and quickly enough. She felt safe and assured by the installer. He told her he had been doing that job for 15 years. After it was all said and done fridge was installed, it is keeping everything cold and making nice ice cubes. She loves the bottom freezer and had figured out the fridge feels much larger than she had anticipated. Thank you Pearsons Appliances for all your assistance.”

“Wow! Phenomenal customer service! I came in this evening to buy a hose reel. I got the rock star treatment from Desiree and Torrance. Desiree helped me pick out the perfect hose reel and even offered to help load it into my car. This will be my go-to home supplies stop from now on!”
