Appliances in Vallejo, CA

“I have been purchasing appliance parts from Ray for years. When something is not working, he is my go to. I recently hired him to come into my home and fix my oven. When I visited him at his shop to tell him what was happening with my oven he asked me a couple of questions and informed me of what he thought the problem was. Told me exactly what it was going to cost if it was indeed that problem. I hired him on the spot. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up. He actually called me to tell me he was on his way. He showed up with the correct part, tested my oven, and had it completely repaired within 40 minutes. I couldn't be happier. He is incredibly respectful, professional, and personable. at the same time. I would hire him again in a second.”

“I took my cherished 35 yr old Bernina 910 sewing machine into a local Sewing & Vacuum retail/repair location and was told it wasn't repairable; without opening it up, they suspected that the transformer was blown and replacement parts are not available. I was shown new machines to purchase but desperately wanted mine repaired. I went to another Sew & Vac retail/repair and they said I'd hear from their repair person within 2 weeks. Daryl called to say the capacitor was blown and he had the replacement part from an old machine. I now have my machine back - tuned, cleaned, and running ever so smoothly! Masterful! Thanks, Daryl.”

“I appreciate the great customer service during my recent Vallejo Home Depot visit.
Tasha, in the garden department, one of the most positive people on this planet is incredibly helpful not just to me, but to everyone.
Mary K. in customer service went way out of her way to assist me with a special order, selecting the product and ensuring I would receive the actual product I selected and was so pleasant the entire time.
The driver who delivered the product was also very helpful.”
