Today (01/04/2022) I waited for one hour and 5 minutes for a Bank of the West representative to answer my call and no representative picked up the line. This was my third attempt, and I am exasperated!

Teller, Chaundra, is too busy having a social hour even though there is a line out the door. I watched her talk to the same customer for over 20 mins and only process a few transactions. I used to be a teller for Bank of the West, therefore I know how the system works. Very unprofessional branch.
