I recently had an excellent shopping experience at Macy’s fragrance department in Fairfield, and I wanted to share it! The highlight of my visit was Christina, who provided outstanding customer service. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but she also took the time to help me with my purchase, wrap everything beautifully, and even assist me to my car. Her genuine kindness made a significant difference.
Christina and her associates were amazing and friendly, constantly checking in on me as I navigated my choices. The fragrance department truly was the bomb! I appreciated their attentiveness, with at least 4-5 associates offering assistance.
I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit! Thank you, Macy’s, for such a wonderful holiday shopping experience.

“When employees don’t know when an item is no longer carried & you search other Target store locations, within multiple aisle sections including case it moved, is wasteful of time, energy, & fuel.
But having to further instruct an employee how to check for shipping dates & online stock, shows lack of Target professionalism. Sorry, not sorry.”

“I came here for the first time to get my hands on some we bare near merch and it was not bad at all. The customer service was great. The girls that worked there were friendly and helpful. It was clean. Yes they may resemble other shops other reviewers mention but it's a low budget shop that you can't expect too much from just like when you go to dollar tree or those very low and affordable stores. Reason for 4 star and not 5 is due to not having as much we bare bears stuff I was hoping but I bought more here than I did when I went to the ones in SF.”
