“I recently purchased some auction items from across the country. These items were very expensive and fragile and so I needed to make sure whoever shipped them did so with care. Sukh from the UPS store picked the items up for me, brought them to the store and packaged them with great care! I was nervous that someone handling an arms length transaction may not care about their service but I was happily wrong!
Sukh communicated with me the entire time, allowed me to provide input regarding the packaging so that the items could be shipped securely and texted me pictures throughout the process.
I would absolutely use this store again in the future and I just wish I was local because the service here is better than at any UPS store we have in my area!”
