“Hard to return a tool for warranty repair and the employee had me simply email them the shipping label. She then printed it out, got the shipping for it, gave me a tracking number receipt, and boxes everything up for me. Pretty smooth and simple. It took me a second to realize that it was in the old bank building in the parking lot because who'd expect that ?”

“My box didn’t fit a return . My return label was for ups . I usually go to the one by dollar tree but thought I would try this one .The young man in there is efficient trying to move everyone along . He is definitely going beyond what is usually required . I paid for all the items to send my package off and it was great to see this young man move !”
