“Hard to return a tool for warranty repair and the employee had me simply email them the shipping label. She then printed it out, got the shipping for it, gave me a tracking number receipt, and boxes everything up for me. Pretty smooth and simple. It took me a second to realize that it was in the old bank building in the parking lot because who'd expect that ?”

1510 Oliver Road, Fairfield CA 94534
“Stopped by to pick up a package. Service was quick, professional, and friendly. Plenty of office supplies available; looking around will remind you if you need any. Only issue at this particular location (Oliver Rd in Fairfield, CA) is that parking in the proximity of the building is in short supply and cramped. There's plenty of parking elsewhere in the shopping center but it could be an issue if you have to drop off or pickup a lot off packages (or even one large or heavy package).”

5055 Business Center Drive Ste. 108, Fairfield CA 94534
“I recently purchased some auction items from across the country. These items were very expensive and fragile and so I needed to make sure whoever shipped them did so with care. Sukh from the UPS store picked the items up for me, brought them to the store and packaged them with great care! I was nervous that someone handling an arms length transaction may not care about their service but I was happily wrong! Sukh communicated with me the entire time, allowed me to provide input regarding the packaging so that the items could be shipped securely and texted me pictures throughout the process. I would absolutely use this store again in the future and I just wish I was local because the service here is better than at any UPS store we have in my area!”

“Seriously, we HAVE to keep our United States Postal Service alive and thriving! It's so important, and what WOULD we do without the friendly mail carriers and the helpful people inside the Post Office? It's very short-sighted and sad that there are enough people trying to get rid of this vital institution that I'm afraid it could happen.”
