“Friendly staff, lots of parking, and a well kept location with a ton of PO boxes. They have a self serve shipping station where you can print labels yourself, free USPS boxes, and other shipping supplies for sale. It can get busy as the parking lot makes this location easier to access than other locations.”

The crew at Staples consistently goes above and beyond decent customer service. The Print Department Santa Cruz is a notable example. Robert there is personable , professional and is customer service driven

“Possibly the best postal worker of entire USPS work here! People in front of me had various (uncommon) concerns (verification for mail box, delayed package at another location, etc.). They all were treated so nicely! I didn't get the name but that employee in Gucci eyeglasses listened to all of them patiently and went above and beyond for them.
Mine was just a regular post, but people were given such a cordial treatment -it was impressive!”

Im actually laughing at some of these reviews, these people arnt live customer service reps for lost packages. They box, and do printing orders. The drivers are responsible for delivery, not them.
I can say every employee is calm, collected, and nice. Let them go on about their day. If you dont like it, just go use USPS or UPS guys. You come back because they’re actually nice and care.”
“I wish some people cut out their griping at our postal workers. In times like this where there's threat of privatizing postal services and we are blessed and fortunate to have our own neighborhood post office we should be grateful and realize that people working these jobs are entitled to an occaionsal bad day. They are overworked and underpaid like a lot of us.”
“It's hard to find this location and driving to it from the highway is a bit tricky with the turns. I ended up going into the wrong parking lot at first and then had to use my phone to make sure I was walking in the right direction towards the post office to then discover they had a parking lot right outside. Aside from those difficulties its a good place to ship a package with helpful staff and other post office norms like shipping supplies. This is a good option if you're avoiding going into town, but it's a bit hard to find and get to your first time.”
“Had the most wonderful experience despite my expectations! Our carrier recently started holding our mail because our box was not level. Totally understand!!!! I was finally able to make it in to let them know our boxed was fixed and was greeted by the most kind face and was able to quickly collect my accumulated mail and restart our service. Thank you!!!”
“Mixed reviews about this POST Office. My experience with the counter folks have been very positive and helpful. They take the time to explain the process and the different options for mailing packages and certified mail.
My residence is a bit rural so oftentimes I get a slip in the mailbox to pick up a package. They're always very prompt and courteous at counter. I know they sometimes deal with customers that are less than respectful.
Song has worked many years and exemplifies the professionalism as well.

“On 3/24/26 I had mail delivered to my home that belonged to 2 different neighbors . I thought my own mail may be being delivered to the wrong address, I called and was reassured and told that my carrier would be told about it. I felt that the person cared about my situation and that it would be taken care of. I received courteous, reassuring help with my problem and felt that they took the incident seriously. I was very satisfied with the service I received.”
