“On July 6th at 9:45 pm I was having trouble with my lights. I knew the store was about to close but i decided to take my chances and visited store 5916. The store manager said to give him a minute to finish up with the customer and he would help me . I had an alternator put on my car recently and thought that was the cause of my lights. But he assured me that, that wasn't my issue. He had me pop my hood and he went to work, it ended up being my headlights, he told me that with the headlights more than likely if I change 1 the other may go out, which made sense, so he changed both my bulbs, I'm so grateful for him because I was with my daughter and it's kinda scary out at night these days. I have experienced my third plus recall visit for my 2022 Tundra. Why? I ask Jim. Problems that need to be taken care of so I have safe travel and lower gas costs. If you have a Tundra check your model for RECALLs and visit Jim and he will explain every step of the process and get you out of the waiting lines and on your way. Customer service great, waiting area excellent but too many RECALLs on this vehicle.”

“Took my car here to get the back bumper repaired along with a few other little things, Tony was great and so was Marla. They kept me in the loop with everything. Tony told me when to expect an update call from him which he followed through on. This was my first experience with a collision center and I was very happy with it because I wasn't sure what to expect and everyone was very friendly and my car looks great. I took my car in Wednesday evening and it was ready the following week Wednesday morning, I was expecting it to take a few days longer so I was very happy about that. Overall, highly recommend this place!”
