Staff members are very knowledgeable, explain things very well, and take the time to understand customer needs. They are patient, efficient, and a pleasure to work with, guiding customers through processes like design and ordering. Employees are exceptionally helpful, very informational, polite, and professional. If the store does not have an item, they help order it. Customers always seem to find what they are looking for and more, noting all the clearances and special aisles. The rewards program is also loved. The store is here to help.

Easy to locate things I needed. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I will always go to Lowe's. They are very good in their pain dept and willing to help when you have questions on all other things.
