“In my previous experiences with Mikes Bikes in Folsom, they go above and beyond my expectations. My wife had dropped her bike during one of our nearby rides, that resulted in a bent rear derailleur mount. Not only did they straighten it out and get it shifting properly, they also checked for any available Di2 updates while they were working on the bike. All of this was done while we waited and they didn't charge us a dime. They fixed us up and got us back on the road right away. I appreciate them completely and will share my experiences with them to anyone that will listen.”

“Very reasonable pricing on most things. Every employee there is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. With the exception of Melonie. She acted like a manager so maybe she was. You can tell me I'm lying to you and you can't give me a military discount, even though the past 6 times I've shopped here (this week!) & every clerk has given it to me. I understand, even if I don't like it. But don't try to charge me more the posted price of the thing I'm buying, it's not legal. I wouldn't have a problem w it, honest mistake & all, but not apologizing & acting like you are doing me a favor to charge me the posted price is just bad customer service. I am giving a 5 star review because maybe I caught you on a bad day. You work in customer service. Maybe remember that.”

“Quite impressed with this store. Walked in 8 minutes before closing. I found a great pair of Adidas hiking shoes. They were 50% off. The staff reminded me that the store was closing, but did not pressure me to speed through my purchase. Happy with the price. Happy with the employees. And very happy with the merchandise.On top of that, this outlet mall is right next to an Electrify America charging station. Were it not for this charging station I would not have discovered this store.”
