“Dino was awesome, by far the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. He was very responsive and accommodating, and was very straight to the point which we loved. No excessive talking or BS, just met us outside, gave us the keys, and said we could test drive for as long as needed.

Once we were ready to buy, the process was extremely quick and pressure-free as well. No add-ons, extended warranties, or other BS like most used car dealers, just gave us the OTD price and we went from there. We were paying cash, and he never once tried to pressure us to finance. The entire purchasing process took under 30 minutes which was fantastic.

I could also tell that he’s genuinely passionate about what he does; he’s a car guy at heart. I am too, so it was fun to talk cars for a bit. Might not make a difference on the surface for some people, but having someone who actually cares about their job always makes a difference. Definitely seems like he cares about his reputation as well.

The car, which was already listed below retail, had a small part underneath the rear spoiler that was sagging down. My mom didn’t even notice it, but instead of hiding it from us, he told us that he had already ordered the part and we could bring the car back in a couple days to have it installed. Genuinely a fantastic experience, and so atypical from most used car dealers. Highly recommended.”

“I was looking for a car after turning in my car back into ford because of the lemon law and needed a car asap. I found a 2007 Lexus GS 450h on carfax.com. the car was clean and had 80k original miles. Me and my wife called Luiz who was one of the owners and said he would meet us there to see the car. We test drove the car and when we were done we told him we would go and take 1 last look before making the purchase final. Long story short, I didn't find anything remotely close to the lexus in mileage or price. I told him of the situation with the sensor and he took off the price for getting it repaired.
