“Overall, a great experience. They did exactly what they said they would do, and I ended up going with custom wheels and tires on my '04 Range Rover that I’m very happy with.
I stopped by on a weekend right before they were opening up and getting a delivery, and the owner was gracious enough to take the time to greet me and help me out. Funny enough, I was originally on my way to another wheel shop I’ve used in the past, but that interaction is what got everything started here.
The wheels came out great and I’m very happy with the finished product. I’m still waiting to hear back regarding suspension work on my other vehicle, but as far as the wheels and tires go—no complaints. Great job overall!”

“Customer service here is the absolute best. I have a Fiat 500e. On a Sunday morning, I got a warning light about my 12-volt battery and the brakes. I say a recommendation on Facebook. I called them to set up an appointment for Monday. I was very surprised to find out they are open on Sundays. Dale said if I bring my car in before noon they can help me. Grant took care of me. My car was ready by 4pm. I picked it up the next morning. Everyone that help me were all so nice. Reasonably priced. I got text messages with updates and even a link to view their shop camera so I could see my car. I will definitely be bringing my Camry here when it needs service”

After a bad experience at the dealership I brought my car in to Ramona Tire and asked if I honestly needed the work recommended by the dealership. I was told my tires had another 1500 miles before they might need to be replaced. Not immediately like the dealership recommended. I decided to get new tires at Ramona Tire and was given many options to choose from. They checked my brakes while installing the new tires and told me I had up too another 15k miles before I needed breaks, unlike the dealership that recommended a brake job as well as tires. In my opinion Ramona Tire is a trustworthy establishment and will be taking my vehicle there for any further maintenance.”

“JUST GO HERE!! I have trust issues (especially being a woman with mechanics) and I can say this is the ONLY place I will ever take my vehicle for everything. The helped me fight Valvoline who destroyed my engine with lack of oil, even though they didn't get the job for a replacement engine. With out them, I would have lost my vehicle. They provided photos, documentation, and told me what to look out for. If that wasn't enough to help me fight a large corporation, they are always willing to find a way to squeeze you in when you truly need it and are so honest. They tell you ALL your options, including when there is a problem that is starting but maybe can wait on a little bit. Always looking for solutions within your budget. They also don't take their time just because they can. My breaks went out. They squeezed me in, on their short day, and got it done right away. I called around to other places (5 of them) as I was curious and all of them said it would take all day.

Our tire got flat and dangerously low pressure so we had to get a tire inflator first and was recommended by the sales lady to go to OC tires nearby to check the tire. Very nice job done - fast, friendly and reliable! Also very sincere about whether needs to replace tire or just fix it! Ends up with a quick fix when prepared to change a new tire. Highly recommend OC tire !”

I found them through Carfax - the pre-purchase inspection they did for another customer of car I was thinking of buying was reported to Carfax, so that's how I found them. I got an inspection done at another shop, but there were some findings that I wanted to double check and I wasn't sure the dealer would let me take the car to a 2nd mechanic. I decided to call them up to ask if they could share their findings with me, and they actually took the time to do that...they helped me confirm what the first mechanic saw and they even shared additional details with me to help me understand the complexity of the issue. They saved me from dropping my hard-earned cash on a vehicle that would need costly repairs. I highly recommend them!”

“The wait was longer than expected but I didn’t make an appt. Very friendly staff. I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours while my car was serviced and the heat was bad. There is no A/C. Employees said it hasn’t been working. I feel sorry for them and cannot imagine working in that heat everyday. Hopefully others fixed soon for their sake. Thank you for great service.”
