“Really enjoyed driving the Hyundai Elantra it was great on gas, the car was very clean when I picked it up.
Really enjoyed driving it through the mountains and through the sequoia nation park. Zipping through the tight turns and hair pin turns was a breeze . The vehicle was very responsive so over all a great driving experience. I used the smart mod throughout my journey and still provided plenty of pep.”

“My experience was quite positive overall. It started off badly when I was offered a rather old Jeep Compass with about 20 scratches, but only 10 of them were recorded in the protocol. A woman from SIXT agreed to add the remaining scratches, but eventually my patience ran out, and I insisted on changing the car. The new car was a much newer GMC Terrain, which was great. Still, they shouldn’t have such junk in their fleet at all — I don’t understand why I was offered it in the first place. The guy working on the floor with the cars was great, though — unfortunately, I don’t remember his name.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Jaime when seeking a Toyota RAV4. We initially went there looking for a used 2023 one, but Jaime advised us that for a little bit extra, we could get a brand new 2025 one. He was very welcoming from the start and we never felt any pressure when working with him. Yosef was also helpful as he explained details clearly and, also, did not make us feel pressured. This is the second time I have been to this location for a vehicle and their customer service is what stands out the most to us.”

“This location made Enterprise my favourite company to rent from. I had reserved a car from another company for my road test (with an out of state license), even calling ahead to confirm it was okay, but upon arrival they didn’t have any cars I could use. Down on my luck and with limited time to spare, I walked into Enterprise with no reservation. The staff were super friendly, walked me through all the options I needed, and the manager even printed me a letter addressed to the CA DMV explaining I was allowed to use their vehicle for the road test. I passed. Thanks again!”
“The best Enterprise location I’ve ever dealt with, hands down! Very reasonable staff and they were very accommodating for any issues.
I initially rented a car for one day needing unlimited mileage to drive to Sacramento for a family function. I was immediately serviced upon arrival, and they offered me a very fair price on an upgrade to a 2025 Range Rover.
This was very gracious of them! Upon receiving the car, I noted the gas was not full and they confirmed with me without hassle when I returned the gas at the same level. Furthermore, just before I left to Sac, I noticed there was a default mileage limit added to the contract from the upgrade. Upon calling this branch, they immediately simply removed the limit and allowed my wife and I to proceed with our plans uninterrupted.

“Was very Satisfied with the service provided by Enterprise Rental Car, They were very friendly and professional, and think all my questions taken care of all my needs giving me a nice clean car and very recondition, Picking me up at the body shop where I had to leave my car again the Rental, And then picking up the Rental Car from the autobody shop once the rental was completed.
Then following up with me to make sure I was satisfied what’s happy to let me know I’ll be receiving my deposit back

I had a fabulous experience checking in and the vehicle was ready to go, thoroughly cleaned and a full tank of gas - completely set up for my use. **The office is located in the back of the building. Take a right into the driveway (right where the Budget & Avis signs are located on the side of the building) go down the short hill to the back and the office is the first one on the left. You will see the rental cars and trucks in the parking spaces, so you know you're in the right space.”

“The process was extremely easy. They texted me a link where I uploaded my driver's license and I was to fill out the documents and confirm my car. I was then informed on the car's location. I didn't need to speak or deal with anyone at a desk. Returning the vehicle was very simple as well.”
“It was a bit of a wait to get my car. I waited 40 mins to get the car. But the car it self was a nice car. Polstar, it's very quite and clean looking. Did good on the changing. The car was very easy to use! Charging, driving, using the tablet interface. The only thing I didn't like was that the car drove very hard. Like it hit bumps very hard.
