“We were staying in Foster city for a week. Found budget to be our nearest rental company. Rented a normal car but was then offered to upgrade for a very competitive price. So we upgraded to a mustang so we could live the American dream whilst on holiday. The company did not disappoint and the service was excellent from start to finish. Steven who dealt with us was amazing and took time time to ask how our holiday was going and where we were thinking of visiting with the car. He explained the toll system and general driving in the US.
We would definitely use this company again if we find ourselves in Foster city again.”
“Really enjoyed driving the Hyundai Elantra it was great on gas, the car was very clean when I picked it up.
Really enjoyed driving it through the mountains and through the sequoia nation park. Zipping through the tight turns and hair pin turns was a breeze . The vehicle was very responsive so over all a great driving experience. I used the smart mod throughout my journey and still provided plenty of pep.”

“Great service from online booking to car pick up to drop off and checking out. Top notch!! But beware of refueling charge - we were rushed and couldn’t get to gas station so they charged us $9 a gallon!! Pretty crazy pricing even when selling for $5 and change everywhere in SF!! It doesn’t cost that much labor to fill up a half a tank of gas!! Maybe you like to hose over all the corporate renters but there are plenty of personal renters too! It really soured the whole experience at the finish line!!”

Reyes was so kind, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He showed us around, listened to what we were looking for, and found some great cars for us to test drive. It was such a refreshing experience compared to a competing Toyota dealership where we were treated like crap. 😅
John… John definitely drives a hard bargain! 😂 But he was also incredibly kind, upfront, and supportive. He’s working hard to find us a financing deal that works for our budget without hurting the bank too much!

I arrived at the Belmont branch after an extremely frustrating experience at the Redwood City location. By the time I got there, I had already spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve what should have been a fairly straightforward insurance rental.
Erica immediately listened to me, understood what I had experienced, and most importantly, focused on finding a suitable vehicle for me.

“Booked through Costco and had an excellent experience with Avis at 230 Harbor Way. Pre-check-in made things even easier. Picking up the Subaru Forester on Wednesday took less than two minutes, and returning it Saturday morning was just as quick. The car was a clean, relatively new two-year-old model, and the $220 rental price was great. The additional $200 deposit seemed pretty standard to me. I know there are some negative reviews, but I can’t relate to them. This was the easiest rental check-in and checkout I’ve experienced. Just keep in mind that you’ll need a Lyft to get there from the airport.”

“Service a week ago was wonderful. Had to wait though because both employees were tied up helping tourists. The vehicle performed as a rental should. After a week, just returned the car and was promptly greeted by the staff. Service was pretty good. Not a big fan of it being off the airports property from all the other rental spots. At least they provide free shuttle service back and forth.
Received my receipt within minutes of turning in the car and so far no issues with the car or payment but I'll keep an eye out, an ear open and always remember to document/film/video all of your rentals before driving off the lot.”

“My first review. I rented for a weekend trip in Burbank airport, its Tesla, unfortunately, smell terrible and end up exchanging while we were in south san francisco. Dave assisted as without question. Took a little half an hour of our time. I end up with a gas car, which i check the car overall cleanliness and smell. Its not bad at all.”

“The process was extremely easy. They texted me a link where I uploaded my driver's license and I was to fill out the documents and confirm my car. I was then informed on the car's location. I didn't need to speak or deal with anyone at a desk. Returning the vehicle was very simple as well.”
“It was a bit of a wait to get my car. I waited 40 mins to get the car. But the car it self was a nice car. Polstar, it's very quite and clean looking. Did good on the changing. The car was very easy to use! Charging, driving, using the tablet interface. The only thing I didn't like was that the car drove very hard. Like it hit bumps very hard. You can feel everything on the road. Good For performance, bad for comfort. Hertz made it very easy thou..”
