First, Ryan was amazing. He was a delight to talk to, so helpful and courteous. He was professional and knowledgeable. He knew all about the tile we chose, the installation process, care and even some helpful tips. Thelma helped us get our shopping list in order. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient with our questions and needs. She helped us get everything we needed organized and ready for the crew to pick it up. Also, what an absolute sweetheart! And Bre the store manager, above and beyond! We had our toddler with us and as you know that can be stressful. Bre treated us like family. She definitely runs a smooth operation. While answering questions, helping customers and bouncing around the store with her team, she still found time to bring our son a balloon.
