“Late review went back in January but I was going through my pictures and I had to share my haul and my experience. I found this spot because I was going a lot to walk at the park near by and I saw it on the map and thought I would check it out on my next walk. Parking was plentiful. It’s a warehouse style shop so you can’t miss the door. It has two floors so I was here a while. I honestly went in thinking it’s vintage so I’m sure everything’s going to be expense but I was so surprised to find items to be very affordable. I took my time and enjoyed every section. I love how they offer wicker baskets to place your items in. I won’t go into detail how many sections they have but trust they have plenty go check them out. Also for beer lovers there are two breweries in the same warehouse just around the corner I highly recommend going before or after. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did 💜”

“My boyfriend and I spent the day furniture shopping, which is always an adventure! We visited a few different furniture stores before stopping at Bob’s, and the difference in customer service was night and day.
Kyle helped us, and he truly went above and beyond. I honestly felt bad because I had him running back and forth across the store for nearly two hours, and he never once seemed bothered (I was definitely the one who needed a break!). He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for.
One of my favorite moments was when he used the shirt he was wearing to help us color-match a rug to the couch we purchased because it was almost the exact same shade. That’s the kind of extra effort that really stands out.
Overall, we had an amazing experience at Bob’s. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service, great quality furniture, unbeatable prices, and fast delivery, I can’t recommend them enough. We’ll definitely be back!”

“This place is big! I had a specific item that I was looking for and one of the employees was incredibly helpful in helping me find it. I showed her a picture of it on my phone and she immediately knew where to go to get it and after that, she knew exactly where to go for an impromptu question I had about where I could find sculpting supplies. I randomly found another item that I needed just by turning around... This store has it all! Great staff, tons of products and very kind employees. If you need to pick up some art supplies, I'd definitely suggest going here.”

“Kyle was so helpful when I walked in the door. My purpose of coming by myself was to gather information for my husband so as not to waste his time. Kyle looked up our history and the bed we bought 15 years ago. He showed me the new version of the same bed. I was pleased that he did not try to sell me anything else.
Kyle showed me the improvements that Sleep Number has made. He offered ways we could save money if we wanted.
I made an appointment for my husband to come see the bed. Kyle was brief in his explanation of the bed and answered my husband’s questions. It was a very positive experience for both of us. It made the decision to buy the bed an easy one.”

“If you go to this Lowe's ask for Steve in tools. You will get great customer service with a smile and a Can-Do attitude ! However you probably should stay clear of asking the associate Gino any questions. He apparently thinks it is not his job to try and help you find a solution . He's not going to do that work for you wow!! Everyone else I encountered was very pleasant and I will be back because I will know to ask for Steve even if I am not looking for a tools .”
“This is my fav UO in the area! The layout of the store is spacious and all of the merchandise is displayed beautifully which makes it too easy to shop. The sales associates are always in the best mood and more than willing to help. The managers here are always friendly and helpful as well. I came in before my online order was ready and the whole team did their best to have my items ready when I got there. There was a little bit of a complication with my order but the manager was amazing at figuring it out. It’s hard to visit any other location when this one is so pleasant!”
“As I am currently relaxing in my Arizona Leather’s “Venus” power swivel glider, I remember its recent purchase along with a matching 3-seat power reclining sofa (w/two theater arm cup holders). Being a 75 year old active couple of 53 years, we have been through many Lazy Boys in our days. With this purchase we were lucky enough to meet, learn, laugh and enjoy Louis Bazan, our salesman, over several weeks! I discovered Open Market OC this past November just in time for the holiday season. My absolute favorite thing about this store is that I am supporting local small businesses like crafters, jewelry makers, chandlers, and sooo much more. During my many visits to the store, I was always greeted and offered information about the products. The staff is just so friendly and knowledgeable about each vendor. It’s a great place for gifts. You have to check it out when you are at Pacific City.”
