Orders are shipped quickly after being placed and arrive soon and carefully packaged. They have sales frequently and discount codes are available online for maximum savings at checkout on a wide variety of bodyboarding products, they always throw in little extras with every order like stickers and key chains which is totally cool of them. Orders are accurate and are double checked and signed off by a team member, if something isn't right simply write them an email or call and they will always make it right. I highly recommend this board shop as they are shop for body boarders and keep the memory of its founder Eddie Solomon alive, as they say legends never die! Check them out you'll be glad you did. “I've experienced excellent customer service with the help of Rajan. I brought in a pants to get it altered so that it would fit me better. Surprisingly they were able to get the job done in 48 hours! The day I came to pick up my pants, Rajan encouraged me to try on the pants to see if that is what I wanted and he was able to get to my exact measurements without charging extra for my miscalculation. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who happens to be looking for either a suit or even just alterations!”

“Vans are the best shoes, PERIOD, finito, end of story. Just got some customs online with a big pic of my daughters cute face on them and custom black and red components and they are the coolest shoes ever.. only $100, $75 after my coupon! Come on, that's just awesome. And the print is perfect. I got some about a decade ago of my dogs and they still look great. The slip ons are already my favorite shoe but then with the customization, they are the greatest shoes of all time.. GO VANS!!!! P.S. I emailed them asking to get the shoes for my daughters birthday party and they rushed it out and got them to me in time... cherry on top.. company is totally radical :)”

“I always have a great experience at a Penguin store. And this location is no different. I usually come when they're not too crowded and the customer service is impeccable. There have been times when I've basically been given personal shopper like service. It was great! But even when I've been here and they're busy I am greeted upon entering and there's always someone who is quick to come over and politely ask if I need help with anything. It's great!I love Penguin clothes. I wear at least 1 piece of their clothing almost every day. And being able to go sopping in person vs online is great. I wish most of their other stores hadn't closed down over the years. But this location is always a must visit when I am in the area. They're always having sales and the inventory is always great. It's hard for me to come here & not pick up at least one thing.”

On our way out, saw Perry Ellis and decided to try there. Boy, do I wish we'd come here first. “Jacob was awesome! I just picked up my wedding suit the navy blue heathered I think? The suits themselves fit great right off the rack at least on me! I am 5'10 / 5'11 ish with a 40R size normally and got a size 40 here as well. For pants normally I'm a 31 / 40, and here I got the 33s and getting them hemmed. The material is nice and stretchy. Not as stretchy as the X suit 4.0, but looks nicer and at least on the heathered suit, has a very nice texture. I can do squats and jumps very easily in the suit with no problems.Jacob, our sales rep was very nice to talkative and even offered us drinks once we got in! My brother got a mango cart and I just got sparkling water. I had heavier drinks that you can pour. Very low pressure and gave honest feedback on how the suit fit. One of those guys that said yes it looks good no matter what. We even talked for a bit afterwards when the sale was done because he was very conversational and had great feedback!Overall 10/10 experience!”
