“I love this place. From picking up wax and sunscreen when supplies are low to the bigger stuff like a new wetsuit or board, they have it all. I have spent more time than I would like to admit in front of their great wall of fins, searching for the perfect fin match for a new board. I want to give a huge shout out to Mark for his great customer service and board knowledge. I would highly recommend visiting this place, not just for clothing but for surfboards and wetsuits.”

“Only in California General Store is a fun shop just off Main Street that’s packed with all kinds of knick-knacks, souvenirs, gifts, and plenty of funny socks. There’s a huge variety of stuff to look through, so it’s the kind of place where you can walk in just to browse and end up finding something you didn’t know you needed.
The store is definitely full of merchandise, but surprisingly, it never felt crowded or difficult to walk around. There’s plenty to look at without feeling overwhelmed.
The employees said hello when we walked in, which was nice, but otherwise mostly stayed behind the register and let us browse on our own.
Overall, it’s a fun little stop if you’re walking around Main Street and looking for a unique souvenir, a silly gift, or just something that screams California. Definitely worth popping in for a look.”

“My daughter LOVES her Gluv pants. My only disappointment came recently when I emailed the company asking about a particular order. A member of the management team wrote me back without a greeting, a proper ending (such as Thank You, etc) or an apology for the confusion with my order. It was a very cold email. An email that I would never send to a customer.”
“Kohl’s is usually a large department store mostly specializing in women’s apparel. They do have junior and men’s sections. They showcase a wide collection of women, men, junior clothing and accessories. The prices are usually in range and the collection is mid tier. I really think it’s worth a visit. Parking is free.”
“This is my fav UO in the area! The layout of the store is spacious and all of the merchandise is displayed beautifully which makes it too easy to shop. The sales associates are always in the best mood and more than willing to help. The managers here are always friendly and helpful as well. I came in before my online order was ready and the whole team did their best to have my items ready when I got there. There was a little bit of a complication with my order but the manager was amazing at figuring it out. It’s hard to visit any other location when this one is so pleasant!”
“TravisMathew recently held its 3-day warehouse sale in Huntington Beach from Feb 26 to Feb 28, 2026, running from 8:00am to 2:00pm each day.
The sale was held behind its headquarters building. If you walk straight along the side of the building and turn left at the end, you will see the entrance marked off with yellow tape. There is also more parking available in the back, so you can park closer and walk a shorter distance.
I went on the 27th. When you enter the sale, staff hand everyone a large plastic bag and a price sheet. If items sell out, they cross them off the list. If you see something you like, you can just grab it and put it straight into your bag.
Discounts vary depending on the item, but some deals were surprisingly good. For example, all belts were just $1 each. The sale was organized into men’s, women’s, and youth sections, and sizes were pretty well stocked. There was also a full-length mirror in the back left corner where you could quickly try things on.
I ended up picking up a beach hat and a T-shirt that I really liked. Overall it was a fun experience and definitely worth checking out if they hold the sale again next year.

“21/7-2025, I was there looking for the Move Zipper up Jacket, in Size M. Then I went up and asked a worker named ‘Frank’, he helped me by looking it up on the app and he said it would be somewhere in the store. I was in a hurry, cause I needed to make it in time for work. I asked him if he saw the jacket and he could hold it for me. So later after work I headed back to the Store and I went to the cashier girl(Alexia) who was super super sweet if she’s been seeing the jacket or if the jacket has been on hold or any. Suddenly I heard Frank behind me and said that they found the jacket after I left in a hurry for work! I’m so beyond grateful and happy that Frank and Alexia was helping me with positive thoughts and such great customers from these two! I will always remember this moment!! “I have both sold and purchased items at this location. As someone who has worked in a similar business I thought what they bought and how much they offered was on par. You’re likely not going to get rich selling here, but it’s nice to recoup some money on things you’ve loved.
That being said, it feels like the staff is going out of their way to be unfriendly. They are not rude, just absolutely not engaged or making an effort to offer friendly customer service. But then again, maybe I’m just old school and appreciate a smile and a thank you.”
